Delete your account

You can delete your Diem account and its data at any time.

In the app

  1. Open Diem and tap the gear on Today, Games or Progress to open Settings.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm twice.

This signs you out and deletes everything Diem keeps on this phone: levels, stars, streak, shields, history and settings. If your progress is saved to the cloud, the account and that progress are deleted too.

Playing without an account? Everything lives on your phone. Delete account, Settings › Reset all progress, or deleting the app removes it.

Without the app

Can't open the app? Write to hello@playdiem.app from the email you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete your account and its data within 30 days and write back when it is done.

What is deleted

  • Your account ID and email address.
  • Your game progress: levels, stars, streak, shields and history.
  • Your settings, and the name and picture on your profile.
